This book is easy to read and with plenty of small exercises, you can do it right away. The book is based on developing a system of sales based on trust.

Selling with NLP takes a deep dive into understanding human behavior from an NLP perspective. There are many techniques and tricks given at the just beginning of the book.

The book focuses more on developing relationships, building effective rapport, and understanding the buying behavior of clients.

The bonus is it talks about how to turn an objection into acceptance and increasing sales.

Some of the techniques I feel are old, and may not be applicable in current situations. However, it is a good read on sales.
