NLP New behaviour generator – Combination best 3 NLP techniques

NLP New Behaviour Generator

NLP New behaviour generator is based on the power of parts. It can get you surprising results in terms of more cohesive, adaptive and outcome based strategy.

The NLP New behavior generator is more of a strategy than a process to me.

Part – by using the word “Part” I mean a functional strategy. In simple words it can be the skills also like assertiveness, self efficacy and so on.

Prerequisite to NLP New behaviour generator process/strategy

To perform this process you need to have prior knowledge and practice of following.

NLP New Behaviour generator process

Step 1 – Find an key issue to work upon and part which can handle this issue properly

First you need to identify the issue which can be resolved with the part or collection part.

For Example, I am not able to speak up in the meeting, or any other group setting, If I have assertiveness and confidence it can certainly help me.

Step 2 – Elicit proper state, resources and part for the changework

In this step you will need to use your experience in the NLP representational system.

Find the part which can help you in this issue, elicit the resources and state which can go handy for the part to tackle this issue.

Best way to do this strategy is to remember all the events in which this part has helped you in the past.

You need to check your submodality checklist to revisit the event again and again.

Step 3 – Experience part in third position/Dissociated position

You have to create an imaginary detailed scene in which you are handling such issues with the parts and resources found in step 2.

Remember, you have to do this step in third position that means you are dissociated.

In simple terms, You need to see yourself from a distance going through the event.

Step 4 – Perform an Ecology Check

Now perform an ecology check at this step, still keeping yourself at third position.

The key point is to make sure all representation systems are aligned and there is no objection while playing these scenes.

Step 5 – Tackle the objection found

If you find any objections in step 4, you need to tackle them by making all necessary changes in the representation system until you find a satisfactory image.

We have to complete this step in the third position only, you need to make changes in images to tackle objections.

Step 6 –  Experience the event in the First position and Anchor the state

In this step now step into the First position state and run all images and scenes.

You will be seeing the scene as if it is just happening right now, anchoring the peak state.

Key point to note here is, Repeat the step until you find a strong anchor.

Step 7 – Test and refine

Imagine yourself going through this scene in the future imagine how these parts and anchor are helping you.

Notice if you feel any changes, if not revisit the process and make necessary changes.

Where can you use NLP New behaviour generator?

You can use this process for changing behavior where the subject is relatively well understood or have prior gone through some NLP intervention.

This process includes many other NLP techniques so you need to have good practices as well as a good subject who can match the pace.

Ideally, this process is best for self confidence building, sales presentation, and motivation related intervention.

Reading NLP techniques is fun and practicing them is even more fun, but we need NLP scripts while applying these NLP techniques.

I have created a small book of NLP scripts of the 7 most used NLP techniques. You can use them in your practice for only $10. You can buy the book from here.  Buy NLP scripts

How to make the best of this process?

You can do the process separately and make sure all parts in sync.

The moment you feel comfortable do the process in one go.

I prefer to do meta model questions first to identify the resources needed for the intervention.

Now try yourself and share your experience.
