Value for Money: definitely yes

Recommended for: Beginners

I had tried this book over audible as part of my free trial. I loved the book and recommended for every beginner to try this book first. I liked this book so much that I bought its kindle version as well.

This book focuses on the more practical part of NLP, and this will be a good exercise for you if you are entirely a novice at NLP.

You can also learn some basic NLP techniques that you can use to get rid of negative emotions.

The authors give real-life examples, which makes me relate to the book quickly.

The book has over nine chapters and two sections; for a beginner, I will advise reading chapters in chronology. It will help you to connect the dots.

The authors take you to more important and hard to gradually understand the book, and that’s all we want.

The best part of this book is, there are many fund exercises, and at the end of the book, you get a 21 day guide for free.

The 21 day guide provided in this book can help anyone to achieve personal transformation. You may not need to hire a coach for that.

As the name suggests, it is the ultimate introduction to NLP. Richard Bandler and Owen Fitzpatrick co-author this book. In case you do not know, Richard Bandler is a co-founder of NLP.

The book is a short one and a quick read; there are only eight chapters. Some of you may be able to finish it in one sitting.

The language used in the book is easy to understand and absolute beginner friendly. Like any other book by Richard Bandler, this book also gives you numbers of NLP techniques and their variations.

The best part of this book is its writing style. This book is written like one of Richard Bandler’s seminars. It is in story format, which makes this book interesting to read.

warning

Word of Caution

This book primarily focuses on beginners, so there are so many marketing strategies used in the book. However, if you are considering getting certified, that should not bother you.
