You can analyse your competitors website also in these keyword research tools.

All business ideas seem good on paper while planning, it becomes useful once people are actually ready to pay for it or at least sign up for a program.

Ways to Validate your Coaching Niche

Offer a Low- Cost Coaching Session

I got this idea from Noah Trevor’s book Million Dollar Weekend, where he states offer a service to your friends who may benefit out of it. If they are ready to pay at least 1 Dollar rest you can plan.

Paying 1 Dollar may not seem high but it shows commitment and interest from your clients.

However, offering coaching services just at 1 Dollar may not seem feasible, you choose the price accordingly.

Remember your task here is not to make money but to understand whether people are ready to pay for it or not.

Start Social Media page

Don’t go on making your website yet, You can first make a Social Media Page, may be Facebook or Instagram.

Post regularly and share it with your social connections, see what kind of engagement you get.

Do people ask any questions? Or they simply ignore your posts.

Create a Test Group

You can create a test group of people, ideally 50 people but take whatever number you are comfortable with.

You can interview these test groups to understand their pain areas, challenges, and goals.

You can pitch your low cost coaching session to gain experience or at least testimonials to begin with.

You can create this group on WhatsApp, Facebook or Linkedin. Post regularly relevant content, get them interacting and understand whether there is demand for coaching or not.

Step 5: Align your niche with profitability

You have found the niche and it is having demand in the market. Now it is time to align your niche with profitability.

Do People Already Pay for Coaching in This Niche?

If others are making money in your niche, that’s a positive sign!

Does This Niche Solve an Urgent Problem?

People are more likely to pay for coaching if it solves a pressing issue like career growth, financial stability, or relationship struggles.

Can You Offer Multiple Coaching Programs or Services?

A strong niche allows you to create one-on-one coaching, group programs, online courses, books, or workshops to scale your income.

Profitable Niche Formula:

Passion + Expertise + Market Demand + Urgent Problem = Profitable Coaching Niche

Step 6: Choose your unique Coaching Angle

You have found the niche with profitable demand, now it is time to set yourself separate from other coaches.

You need to find and create your unique coaching angle than other coaches.

What is your unique story?

What is your different perspective?

Do you have a special coaching framework?

How is your approach different from other coaches in this niche?
