NLP New Orleans Flexibility Drill Process

Here is the process of the NLP New Orleans Flexibility Drill Process; however, you must know the anchoring process and have practiced it well enough for this process.

Please note – NLP New Orleans Flexibility Drill Process is most useful for making changes in the live process. You may need 3 to 4 people to do a role play for making the change work.

Step – 1

Ask the client to select the problem state that needs to be changed, and it can be any negative behavior, a person, an event, or a thing that consistently triggers a negative state for the client.

Step – 2

Find resourceful states that can be helpful for the client in this negative state.

You can use NLP presuppositions and the NLP submodality checklist to identify these resourceful states and elaborate on them in detail.

Step -3 

In this step of the NLP New Orleans Flexibility Drill, we set anchors for resourceful states in the client. You can help clients identify the best resources that can be useful for the negative states needed to be changed.

Step – 4

Ask the client to recreate the negative state again in his mind and check whether anchors are powerful enough or not.

If Anchors are not helping him change the state, you need to strengthen the anchors even more.

Step – 5

Now it’s time to do the process live; however, it may not be possible to make changes in a negative state.

So here you can take the help of volunteers to do roleplay of the event. Roleplays are easy to do and can create real life experience for your client. It can make change work smoothly.

Step – 6

When clients begin to feel negative emotions, fire off resourceful anchors and see the changes in the role.

Now calibrate the client on the trigger of the negative state and keep firing resourceful anchors simultaneously.

Repeat the firing off resourceful anchors with calibration on the triggers.

Step – 7

Continue the process to the point the client feels that resourceful states have taken over negative states.

Ask the client to rate the experience of how he feels about the negative state now on a scale of 1 to 10. If the scores are satisfactory to the client, close the process otherwise, continue the process again.

Step – 8

The measure of success for the NLP New Orleans Flexibility Drill is the client should have a resourceful state when a negative state triggers.

Repeat the process until the client gets to the resourceful state for negative triggers.
